Ants in Connecticut

While winters usually see less pest activity, it is not the same with the carpenter ants that are completely capable of surviving the cold winters. The pavement ants that live near the foundation of your home can also slip inside in search of heat. The little black ants also don’t mind the chilly weather if they manage to get inside your home in the fall.
